Refund & Return Policy – Willy Bags (TikTok Live Sales)
All sales of Willy Bags made during TikTok live streams are final. Due to the mystery nature of the product and the live format of the sale, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
    •    Buyer’s remorse
    •    Dissatisfaction with contents
    •    Duplicate cards
    •    Value disagreements
    •    Shipping delays (outside of our control)
Damaged or Missing Items:
If your package arrives damaged or is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. While we do not guarantee replacements, we will review each case individually and do our best to assist.
