Shipping Policy – Willy Bags
Thank you for purchasing from Willy Bags during our TikTok live stream! Please review our shipping terms below:
    1. Processing Time:
Orders are typically packed and processed within 1–2 business days after the live stream. We work quickly to get your items out as soon as possible.
    2. Shipping Method:
All packages are shipped using tracked mail through a reliable carrier (e.g., Canada Post, USPS, etc.). A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
    3. Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are either announced during the stream or calculated at checkout. Promotional flat-rate or free shipping may be available from time to time.
    4. Incorrect Addresses:
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Willy Bags is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. No refunds or replacements will be issued in these cases.
    5. Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order details and clear photos. While we are not liable for carrier issues, we’ll do our best to assist.
    6. International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes in their country.
    7. Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic: 3–10 business days after shipping
  • International: 10–21 business days after shipping
    Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier-related issues.

   8. Holding Orders: 

  • If you wish to hold order, select "Hold Order" at checkout.
  • If at the end of the business week, there has been no payment, you will receive an invoice via email to pay shipping.
  • You only need to pay shipping one time per week. No order maximum.
