By purchasing a Willy Bag (Pokémon Graded Mystery Bag) during one of our TikTok live streams, you agree to the following terms:
1. Live Stream Sales Only: All Willy Bags must be purchased during a live stream on TikTok. Availability is limited and sales are first-come, first-served during the stream.
2. Mystery Format: Each bag is random. No guarantees on specific cards, grades, or value. “Chases” contain hits valued between $250–$1,000+, and “Floors” ranging from $20–$100+. All buyers accept the risk and reward of mystery-style products.
3. No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. Due to the nature of the mystery format and live sale process, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided.
4. Shipping: Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors in address entry or packages lost due to incorrect information.
5. Eligibility: Buyers must be 18 years or older, or have a parent or guardian’s permission to purchase.
